Under Floor Soundplanc and Acoustic Mineral Wool

?Airborne Noise. Not as effective as the over floor system, but installed in rooms were no floor height gain is needed or the client want to keep the existing floorboards exposed. Floorboards will be lifted to expose floor joists. Mineral wool is friction fitted between joists and 19mm planc cut to size and fitted between joists. Edges get sealed with acoustic mastic. Floorboards fixed back in place. All gaps between floorboards are sealed with acoustic sealant if the floor is going to be covered by carpet/laminate ect.
